Hub and DMSS functions
- Phone control and notifications: Arm or disarm in DMSS, share access with authorised users and receive alarm notifications. Remote app features require a working internet connection.
- Home and away control: Use the supplied keyfob for home arming, away arming, disarming and SOS. Scheduled arming is available through the hub.
- Connected alarm hub: Connect the hub through Ethernet or Wi-Fi. Its rechargeable battery provides backup during a power interruption; remote notifications still depend on your internet equipment remaining online.
- Wireless security: Encrypted two-way communication and frequency hopping connect the compatible devices. Tamper detection and low-battery reporting help identify equipment that needs attention.
- Room to expand: Add compatible detectors, sirens or controls later. The hub supports up to 150 wireless peripherals; additional equipment and installation are quoted separately.

Installation and connection requirements
- Starting prices include GST, installation, commissioning and DMSS setup for a standard single-storey Perth home. Final scope and price depend on site conditions, device locations and wireless coverage.
- Installation includes mounting, pairing, programming, commissioning, DMSS setup, testing and handover.
- An existing suitable power point and internet connection are required. Additional devices, electrical work and difficult site work are quoted separately.
- The specified hub uses Ethernet and Wi-Fi; these packages do not include a 4G hub, SIM or cellular backup.
- Remote app control, notifications and photo delivery require internet access and a compatible phone with DMSS.
- Wireless range and detector performance depend on placement, construction and configuration; suitability is checked for the property.
- Professional monitoring, extra devices and complex integrations are quoted separately. SOS is an alarm function, not a promise of emergency-service dispatch.
- The hub can link compatible IP cameras for alarm-event verification. Those cameras and their integration are separate from the included equipment.
