Access control

Choose who can enter.

Use a PIN, card or fob at suitable doors and gates. Manage individual access and connect supported functions with your intercom, alarm or cameras.

Planned for your property

Match the access system to the opening

A working access system needs more than a reader. We assess the door or gate, lock, exit hardware, power and required permissions, including how users will be added or removed after installation.

What affects performance?

The design considers the door or gate, lock, power supply, safe exit, emergency release and behaviour during power failure. Applicable building and fire-safety requirements, approvals and any electrical or specialist work are identified before installation.

Before equipment is selected

Choose entry controls that suit the door or gate.

Access control must work for authorised entry and safe exit, including during faults or power loss.

The opening comes first

We assess the opening, lock, power, release method and required approvals. The design also considers emergency exit and what the equipment should do if a fault or power failure occurs.

Manage users over time

Nominate the access administrator and define the doors and times each user needs. Decide how lost fobs and departing users will be handled, and review permissions when circumstances change.

Connect supported functions

Door release, linked camera events and alarm connections depend on the installed hardware and configuration. Confirm the required functions before buying or replacing components.

Choose your next step

Plan access for your property.

Doors, gates, locking hardware and user permissions need a site-specific design. Tell us about the opening and how it will be used.
